Paragon Partners International is a professional association for entrepreneurs seeking business training, personal coaching and team connection.

Founded in 2007 by Paula English, Marketing Strategist and Personal Coach, Paragon Partners is designed to meet the needs of today's home based and small business owner.

Through ongoing daily activities for working, studying, learning and growing, membership benefits offer a wide range of solutions for common obstacles that stand in the way of your success.

The current membership options are:

1. Basic Membership – Listen Only
   

   $50/month
Includes:
Access to the Paragon Partner log in area. Exclusive access to LISTEN to all calls posted on the team calendar, web presentations hosted by Paragon Partners, and the Paragon Library.


    2. Active Player – Part time
    $75/month
Includes:
Basic Membership – Access to the Paragon Partner log in area. Exclusive access to all calls posted on the team calendar, web presentations hosted by Paragon Partners, and the Paragon Library.

Introduction and connection to a team and assigned a Team Coordinator. Teams will be set up quarterly so you get to work with a consistent group for 90 days.
You have the option of coming to the team lines, with other active partners and especially your team, to make your usual calls.

Note:
There are no requirements to participate at this level, HOWEVER it is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that you take Communicating and Selling Effectively as soon as possible to increase your effectiveness on the calls you make.
There is NO coaching included in this option. Team Coordinators are not coaches and are there to encourage, support and direct you to the best resource if you have questions. You may dial in and LISTEN when Paula is on the line doing team coaching with Interns, however priority access to Paula will always be to work with people who are active as Interns and current coaching clients.
When you are ready to move up to Intern, the next step would be to schedule a 90 minute coaching assessment with Paula.
After that, you can move up to Active Player Intern for fuller engagement.

    3. Active Player - Intern *
    $75/month plus active personal coaching package (coaching options include: 3, 6, and 9 session coaching packages purchased separately)
   OR $165/month for  1 - 20 minute personal coaching per month
    OR $275/month for 1 - 50 minute personal coaching per month
Includes:

LIVE time on the team lines with Paula every week.

Active Player – Interns must be engaged in active coaching, submit a weekly activity log and post working times to the team calendar.

Prerequisite:
Basic Member – Listen Only at least one month
90 minute coaching assessment*
Goals set for first 12 months
Database set up ( you’ve at least purchased ACT or similar software and have it loaded)
Activity series in place for at least 1 of the 6 categories ( building and developing; cold & warm; customers, referral sources and business partners).

As an Intern player you will also have the opportunity for leadership in team coordination.

Because 'leadership' is not just defined by sales volume or organization growth, it is important as a Paragon Partner to have the full experience of what it really takes to be in a leader/mentor/partner position. Each quarter you will have the opportunity to be assigned to a team as the TEAM COORDINATOR. This means you will have the chance to work with a team of people using the 5 Steps model as if they are your organization .

That does NOT mean training, coaching or being responsible for the individuals in your team. It DOES mean organizing and coordinating so everyone has a place to work and someone to work with.

Any quarter that you are designated a team coordinator, you will have a private call with Paula and the other team coordinators to help you strategize for your months ahead. You will also have the 'graduate level' privilege of working with Paula directly on the team lines.

This is an optional role, though strongly encouraged for your skills development.
